1. The staff support was OK to GOOD however on a few different occassions we were given poor directions/instructions/guidance - which we ALL know and understand happens pretty much anywhere.

2. Outdated, poor kitchen supplies, clock in bedroom did not work, shower curtain in guest bathroom was coated with mildew, cigar smoke smell in master bedroom, dishwasher shelves broken, stove drawer off rollers, garbage disposal backed up on 3rd day there, mold on coffee pot.

8. If I have to be negative it would be about the bar/restaurant facilities, or lack of them, yes there is a bar but it is poorly stocked unless you like Bud and frozen cocktails (wine selection is very poor).
