3. Granite counter-tops are nice but be aware of fake laminate wood cabinets, cheap Hotpoint appliances including a noisy dishwasher and microwave installed too low.

6. Overall we found Cypress Harbour to be a bit more relaxing than Grande Vista and less busy and noisy around the pools, even the main one and liked the rooms better.

7. it all has to do with the kiddie pool features, and not the noisy freeway proximity or the units, which are not nearly on the same caliber as the Cypress Harbour or Grande Vista.

8. Lounge chairs disappear early, and there are kids everywhere, all the time, which is fine just means it's very noisy and busy.
