1. We were speaking to some of the workers and they claim they have been battling mold for about 2 years.

2. Outdated, poor kitchen supplies, clock in bedroom did not work, shower curtain in guest bathroom was coated with mildew, cigar smoke smell in master bedroom, dishwasher shelves broken, stove drawer off rollers, garbage disposal backed up on 3rd day there, mold on coffee pot.

3. The unit was tidy but not perfectly clean; the carpet was new but needed a cleaning and the master shower had some mold that bleach would have taken care of easily.
