1. The front desk then called me an hour later to make sure the issue had been resolved.

2. As an aside, I had a few minor maintenance issues, and after I called the front desk, the maintenance person was there within 10 minutes.

3. some of the buildings are really far, a healthy walk or drive, and might be an issue if you are schlepping stuff and kids to the pool.

5. I was quite disturbed with this but in reality, I don't think this was an issue of cleanliness but more of being on the 1st level / end unit of an area that is prone to these.

8. Got back to the clubhouse and she apologized about the issue and told us our new room was in buildig 63 which is the first building on the other side of the lake directly next to the courts.
