2. No rude experiences although building 57 sits by the Houskeeping garage area and it gets LOUD come break time in the afternoon.

3. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi tub was very loud, which they came and tried to fix, and we left a few crumbs on the counter one day and then there were a few ants.

5. The staff is very friendly and very responsive to complaints, we did complain about our neighbors being too loud, and within 15 minutes they had responded and corrected the problem, very impressed.
