The minor negatives: fan in bathroom could use a good cleaning, the furniture wasn't bad but could be updated, only shampoo and conditioner provided (no body cream or other amenities), ac/heat did not allow you to set temp on wall thermostat but was old system with controls on unit near window, no liners in waste baskets - maybe an oversight since baskets were clean ( couldn't help thinking of dirty diapers that could have been tossed in there), coffee maker is type that makes a single (paper) cup, only 2 paper cups are provided, no other utensils or dishware, so if you make anything in microwave (which is very small) or put yogurt in frig you need to bring your own (they do have plastic spoons in the gift shop downstairs).
