1. I was there at the end of January and I'm guessing at that time of year the air conditioning in the building isn't turned on all the time causing this awful smell in the building.

8. The only MINOR issue I would say would be that there was a slight 'smell' in the room, which whilst not being aweful, was noticeable every time I stepped into the room, however this was easily remedied by buying an air freshner from the local grocery store, as well as leaving the window open.
