1. We would guess that management already knew about the problems; they should do a better job cleaning, maintaining and updating the rooms; and, when a guest has a problem, they should move them to a better room, not the same type of room where they are likely to experience the same problems.

2. We spent 3 nights and 4 days and walked to the French Quarter every night without a problem.

3. This is a nice, clean hotel in a good location, but we will not stay there again because of the staff problems.

5. Another problem on the weekend were were there was that there are only 2 elevator for the entire hotel, and as I said, it's a 16 story building, so we usually waited 5 min.

9. The rooms were small and during my (truncated) two night stay, I had to call maintenance three times to fix plumbing problems (no hot water in the basin, toilet that wouldn't stop flushing and then water leaking from the pipework over the floor).
