1. We could have asked for yet another room; but, why should we have to keep complaining to get a decent room? Guests want to enjoy their vacation without having to continually complain about poor rooms.

3. The guests next door were so inconsiderate as to leave their TV on the WHOLE night the first day that we were there so we complained to management and they took the first day's parking fee off our bill.

5. How could anyone ever conduct business in this hotel ? I immediately went down to the lobby and complained, but little did I know the staff are experts in acting like this is the first time they had heard of such a thing.

8. The room itself is v small, bed is comfy but the room is not very clean, the shower curtain is old and should be replaced, one day of our stay the housekeeper forgot to clean our room, when we called and complained about it, a nice housekeeper came within ten minutes and cleaned our room.
