1. While we could still hear the music and noise from Bourbon street, it was not unbearable, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the party scene from a distance.

2. Even up on the 5th floor, the noise level was unbearable for them, with some of the bars not turning off their outside speakers until well after 3 a.

3. Rooms were on the 5th floor on Bourbon Street - yes you can hear the noise from the street at night but its not unbearable.
