1. When I arrived I was told that they had a 'maintenance issue' and only had a king available.

10. Here is my one HUGE issue with this hotelUpon check out, I called the front desk from the site I was working at and spoke to a young lady, it was 12:18pm, I asked her if I could have an extra hour to get back and gather my things for check out.
