2. There were 3 of us girls this time, and we had alot of luggage as we had rented an apt to stay 5 days but stayed at the Ramada our first night, the poor Bellman had to deal with all of our luggage and was super friendly the whole time.

7. Very poor customer service, especially when the phone records do prove I called on April 25th (which Ramada claims they did not receive such a call, even though the call is to the 800 number of Ramada).
