2. The one complaint: after the third night we asked (via a card on the beds) for our sheets to be changed and they were definetly not changed (there was a spot on one sheet and a small hole on the other).

Our only complaint about the room was that although it appeared to have been redecorated fairly recently (great bed, new looking furniture, nice linens, drapes, and carpet) the bathroom cabinetry looked old and needed repainted, our room door looked shabby (that hurt our first impression of the room), and in general all the interior door frames needed painted.
