4. (I can't believe people complaining about the the lobby coffee service - Community Coffee is literally around the corner, one block away on Royal; go get a cup and pastry for $5 and bring it back to the courtyard.

6. We felt ripped off at the compulsory $18/day valet parking (to drive the car about 20m up the driveway), we had to complain when our room wasn`t serviced and our original room was right by the very noisy air conditioning unit by the carpark.

8. Other reviewers have complained about the mustiness and aged appearance of this hotel, but one must remember that you are in an old hotel with antique furnishings.
