1. unfortunately there was evidently a wiring problem and we had to move to a different room but the staff was very accommodating and even offered to pack our items for us (nice gesture even though we packed our own).

3. We had an issue with some of our 45 guest who unfortunately wanted to stay at another hotel which ended up being completely disappointing and our hero arranged rooms for all of our guests without input or added stress for us.

6. unfortunately on arrival there seemed to be a mix up and the hotel did not have our reservation but this was quickly taken care of and we were given a room.

9. The pool area looked nice, unfortunately it rained quite a bit and I never got to use it,The hotel is perfectly located and walkable to all the usual sites to see ie: Jackson Square, Louis Cathedral, the riverfront and a multitude of top notch restaurants.
