1. We discussed options and he was very considerate of the problems.

2. Unfortunately there was evidently a wiring problem and we had to move to a different room but the staff was very accommodating and even offered to pack our items for us (nice gesture even though we packed our own).

7. Our stay was on a Saturday, and though there were tons of people on the street until 3:30 (or later), we did not have a problem sleeping - maybe because our room was on the 4th floor.
