1. The only downfall was that the hotel was a few blocks from the french quarter and the trolly ran right by the hotel (this was good and bad-good in that transportation was right there but a little bad in the fact the trolly is noisy and runs until 4am.

2. The 2 downfalls were that 1) the exercise room was very small, and the ventilation in there wasn't great; and 2) the pool was closed while I was there.
