1. We took full advantage of Happy Hour every night before going out, usually bringing our drinks back up to our room (The Drury attracts a lot of Senior Citizens so we just went upstairs and left them to it rather than disturbing anybody).

2. Construction was taking place during our stay, but we never heard any type of disturbance from our 5th floor room.
