The desk and door staff seemed too young and pretty clueless as to what good service is, the housekeeping staff was unavailable (from what we heard over the walkies the staff was using), and it was truly a tourist trap of the worst caliber with staff bleeding tips with ill concealed pleading looks for things you didn't want or need them to do in the first place.
