First I want to say that just like everyother place that offers customer service there is always one or two people who slack a little bit, but the kicker is when all the other staff makes up for it by going above and beyond with wonderfull service of course this hotel was no exception to that, there were a few MINOR issues, not really anything big enough to complain to management.

7. Although some on here have complained about train noise (surely if you stay at a former train station you must expect the tracks to be close by?) but we didn`t hear anything late at night that disturbed our sleep.

The bathroom was miniscule but we were`nt planning on holding a party in there so it was fine for it`s purpose - the sink was cracked and broken (the plug mechanism didn`t work) we could have complained but as I said we were able to do all the things (like clean teeth, wash hands, etc) that we needed to do and as it was the end of the holiday just put up with it.
