1. Our room was right next to the elevator and we were a bit concerned with the potential noise level that might cause, but it didn't turn out to be an issue (although it could have been if there would have been rowdy guests waiting on the elevator).

4. Only issue we had were the rooms on the 2nd floor had very bad veiws with ours looking onto the tracks and pigeon crap.

6. Also there is a working frieght line adjacent to one side of the hotel, so if that is an issue ask for a room on the 'non-trainside'; we were there and heard nothing at all from the trains.
