1. The most recent stay was a bit disappointing, because I didn't realize that the bottom floor (where we were accomodated), didn't have high ceilings, like other floors.

7. It's puzzling that no one at the hospitality end of this chain couldn't see that even a two buck hook from the hardware store down the street would have shown some degree cf hospitality instinct on part of this quite disappointing place.

9. After speaking my disappointment and informing the staff that I needed to get ready for a 6:15PM appointment I was given a handicap room (Room 518) at 5:30PM and was told that it was a beautifel room and the only difference was handicap bars in the restroom.
