1. The only problem, and I should have expected this due to its proximity to the nightlife, it was quite loud.

5. The HVAC system worked as expected, and was no hindrance to sleeping - which has been a problem for me in other hotels.

7. the rooms are super nice and clean, did have one problem one morning woke up to take a shower and the handle broke off, called down to the front desk and figured its 6am they probably dont have anyone here who can fix this till 8 or so.

8. The only problem was the bands on Broadway playing until 2:00 am both nights we were there along with the Bridgestone Center loudspeakers announcing all night long.
