1. Beautiful hotel stayed for 2 nights with family only complaint is the windows are not double glazed so is you are on the broadway side of the hotel it's country music till 2am.

3. Minor complaints - the 'In room services' book had only a room service menu, no info on things in the hotel, and no list of phone use prices; shower somehow allowed quite a bit of water onto floor despite that the curtain appeared fully closed (perhaps because shower head sprays to all sides).

4. I guess my biggest complaint is that diamond status means very little here and perhapsmive gotten spoiled by our treatment at other Hilton properties.

10. My only complaints about this hotel were that the air conditioning in the room was not great - the room never got cold and was especially warm during the night and right after using the shower.
