4. I had service issues which I reported and were not taken care of including a non-working phone in our room ('I'll report that and get an Engineer up there right away.

9. The only other issue is that the hotel does not have a complimentary shuttle around downtown (like some of the other hotel shuttles that we saw) and the concierge was not on staff every day.
