3. I had a room facing the open 'field' toward Bridgestone Arena and NOT toward Broadway, so I didn't hear any noise whatsoever (also was a weekday, don't know if that makes a difference to level of night time noise).

6. No problem with noise from the bars but the room was on the opposite side (if you are concerned about late night noise, ask for a room on the other side).

7. My positive experience quickly changed to disappointment as the night wore on, the streets became noisy, and even my earplugs failed to block out the 2am (and beyond) noise.

I called the front desk at 12am to ask about the noise and was told there was not anything they could do about the noise since it was from another venue (they did not offer to switch our rooms) and the next morning when I complained when checking out all I was told was, 'it is not usually loud like that, it was the partying going on for Halloween and I was one that was enjoying the partying last night'.
