5. We didn't complain as the hotel lobby was not cold either - figured this was on purpose and would not be rectified even if we said something.

I called the front desk at 12am to ask about the noise and was told there was not anything they could do about the noise since it was from another venue (they did not offer to switch our rooms) and the next morning when I complained when checking out all I was told was, 'it is not usually loud like that, it was the partying going on for Halloween and I was one that was enjoying the partying last night'.

8. The only thing I could complain about would be that who ever stayed in the room before us must have ordered room service, because it was sitting outside our door to the side and it was still there when we checked out the next day.

9. I am a spoiled only child, so I am definitely picky, but a lot of times on this site, I see people complaining about things beyond the control of the hotel, or because they expected the world to revolve around them even if they treated the hotel staff rudely and expected 5 star service at 3 star prices etc.
