1. breakfast was for 2 and I had 5 in my family, so had to pay an additional $13 for each of the kids, but we would have spent that at a restaurant so it was not a problem.

3. Terrible service that never attended what we requested, unprepared recepcionists, manager that never answered any questions, recurrent internet and TV problems and even my wife's robe vanished when one of the ladies cleaned up the apartment.

4. Perhaps I simply had an exceptionally bad room, but as I also had problems with getting a taxi to even show up to take me up the street coupled with the insecure locking system, I absolutely CANNOT recommend this place at the prices they charge.

5. This has caused me problem because due to exchange control in Venezuela I only have electronically 6 $ left in my credit card and I need to make an important operation of 25 $.

8. The unique problem is the price of valet parking (U$ 20 p/day) and dont have options to self parking.

9. There is also a Publix supermarket and Walgreens five mins away which is good if you want to buy/cook your own food - and lots of banks as well (incl an HSBC next door which came in handy when I had problems with my bank card).
