3. Now the many cons: Dated Appliances, nasty stained carpets throughout the unit; Poor housekeeping practices with grungy bathtub/shower combo on each side; Broken window shades; Dead Mosquitoes on one of the beds; and worst of all, NO DEADBOLT and NO DOOR CHAIN.
