1. Each time I called, I was told the manager was unavailable and the receptionist promised that the manager would return my call later that day to resolve the issue.

3. Part of my Affidavit regarding the Hotel:Also, Please be warned, if you have any issues they will always say the hotel manager is in a meeting and then never reutrn your call.
