1. The bedroom had a cheap frame bed with no box-spring very hard to sleep on,the carpet was dirty with what looked like bodily fluid stains and to top it off there was no TV in the master bedroom, now that was a first.

7. The maids will not make your bed but just tidy it up, clean the bathroom and change your towels (not necessarily for a full set of towels--my hand towel or floor mat was many times missing) and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

8. The floor seemed dirty and there was no roll away bed like we had reserved and none available so our 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which was comfortable but not long enough and the bedding was gross.
