1. This is a Holiday Inn it is not The Fairmont so for those who are looking for 5 star rooms and service you are looking in the wrong place, if however you are on an over night stop before and after a cruise you are in the right place.

3. They were wrong, there is NO overnight parking allowed in the Bayside parking garage, if you must park overnight, then you must use city metered parking on the street in front of the hotel.

5. I had not turned it wrong, I am not an idiot, and even when the hot/cold are reversed as they were, I am capable of understanding that.

6. Management sent maintenance to our room, they let the tap water run for 20 minutes trying to find cold water and when it was luke warm, above room temp, he informed my husband that it was working and that I had turned it the wrong way.
