1. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience- it is a Holiday Inn- but I was expecting something more than the rude, disinterested service I found in both the front desk and onsite restaurant.

3. The place was a mess (under construction but I don't think you can blame it all on that) but the unforgivable part was the arrogant rudeness of about 50% of the staff, especially in the restaurant.

4. WHAT? So, I call Expedia and spoke to a VERY RUDE man who said, and I quote 'I don't care what their website says, ours does not say anything about the shuttle' I agreed, but still, if they are selling their product, they should offer their services' He then tells me that I am just 'not getting it' and says, 'so do you want me to cancel your reservation or what?' I told him he did not need to be rude and disrespectful, he says I'm not, do you want me to cancel your reservation or not? Nice service on both parties' behalfs.

5. My only complaint was the poor customer service they have during the evening shift--very rude, no eye contact at all etc.

9. At that point, the manager came over and started telling them they weren't going to get anything refunded, that it wasn't fair for them to think they could and was very rude and disrespectful.

10. By 4 o'clock, the manager had rudely taken over from the other clock and I asked her what she could do to make amends for such a lengthy delay that was causing problems with our itinerary and my pain.
