So, I call Expedia and spoke to a VERY RUDE man who said, and I quote 'I don't care what their website says, ours does not say anything about the shuttle' I agreed, but still, if they are selling their product, they should offer their services' He then tells me that I am just 'not getting it' and says, 'so do you want me to cancel your reservation or what?' I told him he did not need to be rude and disrespectful, he says I'm not, do you want me to cancel your reservation or not? Nice service on both parties' behalfs.
