1. A lot of things about this hotel frustrate me and i am usually the easiest of going travellers, give me a bed and the basics and ill be happy, however not in this case.

Checkout on Sunday morning was a madhouse -- if you have lots of luggage I would suggest asking for a room on the top floor - we didnt have that much luggage but as the elevator made stops at each floor and the doors opened, we saw the frustrated looks on people`s faces from floors 9-2 that seemed to me like they had been waiting for a free elevator for a looooong time.
