1. There was a nasty smell upon exiting the elevators on our floor, but they had a fan going constantly in attempts to clear it out (I'm guessing).

3. As long as the bed has clean sheets (and trust me they get checked all the way down to the bottom), no nasty things on the floor or elsewhere, a working tv and not smelly I'm happy.
