1. There was two downsides to the hotel; they are currently renovating so there was works constantly going on and the pool was closed which was a big downside to the kids.

2. The only minor downside was that our room was an interior one with a view of the roof, but I was much more interested in being outside in the sun.

5. The downsides are that other than Bayside market there is nothing else around to visit and the downtown area is not all that nice to walk around.
