1. Other 'small' things: stained carpet, cheap looking appliances with visible signs of 'maintenance', silicon was applied with finger around the bath tube and shower pipe.

8. I suppose we could have put up with the rust stains in the tub, having to pay for a refridgerator in my room and the filthy bathrooms in the lobby but I have a problem with not having a concierge.
