7. Our room was very disappointing from the wet spot on the carpet, toliet that didn't work, less than fresh towels in the tub area, kleenex leftovers stuffed into the new box, to the lack of heat on a cool Miami evening.

8. I state this because I could not get the management to understand that the renovation was not the problem, with the exception of the low floor level, on my latest stay, it was their lack of concern about the customer.

9. It is not a boutique hotel, but the convenience, quality and service more than make up for lack of boutique ambiance.

10. Only problems (and this is why I gave service a low score but general helpfulness and staff friendliness was great) was their lack of sustainable practices - I would have liked to see more effort with recycling bins on each floor.
