2. There was a bit of confusion on my bill and one day staff forgot to clean the room, they fixed all problems quickly and with a smile.

5. We did have a problem in the middle of the night on our latter stay when we were awakened by Housekeeping staff prior to 2 AM.

6. The biggest problem, though, was on checkout, when we discovered the parking had been upped to almost $66/night, so BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY.

7. Everything was pre-payed for, so we didn't have any problems with checking in, or extra's that we had to pay for such as parking.

8. On this occassion it was not a problem and I replaced the order however if I had woken up when expected then I would not have know the order was missing and would have waited around getting rather p'd off.

10. The rooms: SIZE: Space is definitely not a problem for the rooms, we had lots of luggage and shopping bags, and it still feels comfortable.
