1. This would not have been an issue if I was on vacation and not attending a 7am conference.

3. I had a couple of issues- firstly I placed a breakfast order using the room service card in the room.

4. Staff anf guest were real friendly, I has having a small issue with an over friendly, intoxicated guy who was promptly 'encouraged' to leave which was really great as a single female traveller.

5. I found concierge very helpful, I had a package delivered to the hotel prior to arrival and had no issues with that, found the shops and the Sports bar next door very convenient ( I don't know if they are part of the hotel but happy hour was great).

6. I also switched up our room preferences right after checking in and they accommodated the change with no issues.

7. I asked the housecleaning to take care of these issues only to find, the job still hadn't been done thoroughly.

8. It seemed like there were some operational issues that prevented the staff from doing a good job (and there were some staff that seemed not to care too much, for example the girl who checked me in).
