6. I was given a low level floor with a very poor view that suffered greatly from vibration and noise from the renovation construction.

7. Last I checked, the front desk at a hotel is very capable of calling for room service and in this situation, with the hotel under construction and very poor judgment by the manager to not replace the bartender, you would think they would call for us.

8. Positives - great location, nice and clean room Against - very poor management /asked for 2 beds got 1, asked for a crib - waited 12 hours/, dirty pool with never existent towels, expensive parking, no mini-fridge, no complimentary internet.
