1. The only problem we experienced was the slow and somewhat unreliable internet.

4. On arriving we found that our balcony door would not shut, we called front desk who sent maintence up immediately to fix the lock, one of our bedside lamps would not work, not really a problem as there are lots of other lighting in the room.
