1. This year could have been a less than wonderful experience as we did encounter a few issues with the readiness of our room at check-in and some maintenance issues in our room.

2. My only issue with room service was that frequently they didn't bring the right number of 'set ups' so we were short silverware and napkins, but thankfully there is extra silverware in the kitchen.

5. However, we informed the staff of this, they were aware and explained to us that this issue was currently in the midst of being resolved with the bar/club owner who would soon be told he couldn't play music so loud.

8. The only hiccup was not getting a good connect to the WiFi in my room but a LAN cable was provided and there were no other issues.

9. Veronica and Elizabeth from the reservation's department really know about customer service and always have a solution for any issue I may have with my clients.
