7. Regardless of the industry, this type of feeling is hard to come by these days and knowing it still does exist should make your decision very easy if you are looking to stay at the Sonesta.

9. The annoying parts of the hotel were more the fact that they try very hard to be more of a upscale hotel but do not really have the necessary quality to do it.

Instead they said that they were calling the PD to address the issue - when I said that I found it hard to belive that they this was a new issue - they gave me the name of the GM - Curtis Cridewr and two numbers to reach him at --- guess what - his name wasn't even on the voice mail - can you say kiss off????? I called back down and sked to speak to the night manager - - what she offered??? ear plugs.
