2. I unfortunately don't speak spanish, but all waitstaff, housekeepers & hostesses spoke spanish to each other instead of english.

5. We had a fabulous cruise around the Caribbean with Royal Caribbean, unfortunately our travel aent picked this for us as a recommendation.

6. They also had a computer in our room which was a nice plus, unfortunately the bellboy was going to send someone up that never showed up even though we followed up on the phone, so we switched it off since we really werent going to use it but for a couple of minutes.
