1. We had a lot of problems exchanging money in Miami since our hotel was not only not near anything that could help us with this typical tourist practice (odd since it's in the financial district), but also because the staff could not and would not try to name a place we could cab/walk to do this.

5. Internet connectivity in room thru wired LAN had persistent problem, but staff was efficient enough to come all the time and repair it.
