1. I have no real complaints as the staff was friendly and welcoming -- but in this price and star range I just didn't feel that it was as nice as it could have been.

4. My only complaint - and this was not the hotel's fault - was that I was bothered by noise from a party somewhere in the vicinity - music and people yelling until around 9:00am on the Sunday morning.
