1. The first room had a red stain on the floor, 2nd room power went out , 3rd room another guest was taking a shower and finally a good room.

2. Now the not-so-good, and in combination these items make the J W Marriott just not worth the $359+ rate: stains on bedroom carpet and on bathroom throw rug; limited cable TV selection (just 37 channels - no MSNBC, etc.
