1. My stay at The Four Seasons, were beyond words, the staff were sooo helpful , from the beginning to the end, the hotel was not noisy, rowdy people were not in or around this hotel, just a beautiful place.

2. Recent construction along Brickell Ave has caused some of the rooms to be noisy, while I've experienced this twice, both times the receptionist moved me to a new room on a different corner with no questions asked.
