1. We have stayed at many Four Seasons internationally and have never encountered any issues at all.

2. The main issue that might be important to some considering this hotel, is that this is NOT a beach hotel.

3. It maybe an insulation issue? Watch the bathroom floor as ours at least ,was quite slippery, especially near the door.
